_Knight Frank makes changes to its AMS team in SA to better service clients
Knight Frank has made significant changes to its AMS team in South Australia, ready to hit the ground running in 2024.
Michelle Vickery will lead the team, having been named as Partner, Head of Asset Management Services SA.
Supporting Michelle will be Jeremy Roland in the role of Director, Head of Facilities Management SA, South Australia, while Peter Otten will be taking on the role of Director, Facilities Management and Compliance SA.
All three have been promoted to their new positions from their current roles as Director of AMS in South Australia, and have been with Knight Frank from four to nine years.
Meanwhile, Simon Bruno will move into a new role as Senior Facilities and Projects Delivery Manager, responsible for the delivery of projects within Knight Frank’s management portfolio in South Australia – an expanding service area for the business.
Simon will move into the role after being promoted from his current role of Senior Facilities Manager.
Knight Frank Managing Director South Australia Bobbette Scott said the changes to Knight Frank’s AMS team would set the business up for growth and success moving forward.
“I am very excited to announce these promotions, which will see Knight Frank continue to deliver the best service for its valued clients in South Australia,” she said.
“The new structure will help us build stronger and more strategic partnerships with our valued clients and set our business up for success in 2024 and beyond.
“Michelle joined Knight Frank Australia in 2019 and has built a strong personal brand and significantly contributed to the success of our AMS business ever since.
“She is well respected by her long-term clients and highly regarded by the team, both of which are invaluable in driving our business forward, ensuring our clients are getting the best service and expert advice, and that our AMS team has a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
“Jeremy, who will work closely with Michelle, has always had the highest standard of service delivery and managed some of our largest assets over the past nine years, with glowing references from our key clients.
“Peter will support the greater team in AMS, and is an asset to the business due to his attention to detail and understanding of legislation and compliance, which is second to none.
“Simon has provided exceptional service to some of our key clients over the last few years, in addition to taking on several projects for them, and we expect to see our projects side of the AMS business continue to grow under his capability.”
Mrs Vickery said: “Bobbette Scott is a powerhouse in the South Australian property industry and I am excited to continue working with her and the stellar Knight Frank AMS team to continue our growing market reach as one of the best Asset Management teams in South Australia.”
Mr Roland said: ”I am appreciative of the opportunity to contribute to the guidance and direction of our exceptional AMS team and look forward to building strong and collaborative relationships as our clients "trusted partner" in all things property.”
