David has a wide range of real estate experience including working in the private sector and the Banking real estate sector which has provided him with valuable knowledge regarding the management of premium A Grade assets along with various other quality assets including Industrial and Retail management.
David is a people person who has formed strong bonds with all of his clients – owners and tenants alike. Attention to detail and strong financial skills are two of his greatest strengths. He also has excellent knowledge of accrual reporting, forecasting, budgeting and arrears control.
David has managed many A grade assets including Westpac House (30,000 sqm) & 11 Waymouth Street (Tower 1 – 30,000 sqm) having been responsible for the monitoring and improvement of their environmental credentials, tenant relationships and financial performance.
David brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in Portfolio Management – his eye for detail and value add approach is an asset for any property owner looking for reliable, trustworthy and accurate reporting on their property investments.
