Craig is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute, a Fellow of the Urban Development Institute of Australia and a Past President and Life member of the Townsville Chamber of Commerce. He is a Registered Valuer and a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Craig trained as a Property Valuer across Queensland before commencing as a registered valuer in Townsville in 1987. Craig is a co-founder and Managing Director of Knight Frank’s Townsville and Mackay offices, where Knight Frank manage a $800m portfolio of commercial and industrial properties across regional Queensland. Craig has brokered many of the development site sales that have housed new North Queensland homes in the past 2 decades and completes intensive market research across all property sectors from Gladstone to Townsville.
