Greg is a Director of Knight Frank Valuations & Advisory Canberra. He established the valuations company in 2011 after recognising the need for a boutique valuations business specialising in commercial and industrial valuations in the ACT and surrounding NSW. Greg has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry in the ACT, NSW and QLD. His experience includes sales and leasing of commercial and industrial premises throughout the ACT and southern NSW. Additionally, he has experience as the property manager for the largest privately owned commercial property portfolio in the ACT.
Greg has been involved with the valuation of some of the largest commercial and industrial acquisitions in the ACT with this role involving the provision of extensive pre-acquisition advice and post-sale valuations. He is also involved in the co-ordination of valuation instructions and the management of property portfolio valuation assignments.
Currently Greg has the responsibility for residential development valuations within the ACT and surrounds. In addition to advising private clients, he consults with ACT Government on strategic redevelopment within Inner North and South Canberra. Private clients include the majority of established developers across all of the greenfield and brownfield developments within the ACT.
Greg has been a member of the Australian Property Institute since 1989. He has been a Council member of the ACT division since 2007, treasurer in 2010 and a member of the National Standard Board from 2011 to 2016. Greg is currently Chairman of the ACT Division of the Australian Property Institute.
