Christian joined the Knight Frank team in July 2017 bringing 32 years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate, specialising in the divestment of commercial investment assets and large scale development sites in the Brisbane CBD, near city and metropolitan markets. In his current role Christian oversees the Investment Sales division.
Having a strong understanding of the leasing market fundamentals Christian has assisted many developers, landlords, vendors and investors with their specific property needs including site acquisition, feasibility analysis, project marketing, tenant advocacy and consultancy with a strong focus on asset divestment.
