Knight Frank has bolstered its Project Marketing division in Victoria with the appointment of Georgina Iviglia as Head of Residential Property Management, and Ben Hartrup and Alice Huang as Sales Executives. Alex Tsaoucis has been appointed Sales Manager for Knight Frank’s NSW Project Marketing division.

Adam Holland has been appointed Associate Director of Knight Frank’s Victorian Project Management team.

Jonathan Vaughan has joined as Senior Property Analyst, Capital Transactions in Sydney, having moved from Knight Frank Perth, where he was a Valuer in the Valuations and Consultancy Department, and earlier a Property Analyst in the Investment Sales Department. Jonathan has been with the company for five years. 

Stephen Imrie has joined Knight Frank’s Melbourne office as a director in the capital transactions team. Stephen has more than 15 years’ experience in the UK investment market, focussing on transactional work for Institutional Fund Clients across all sectors.

Kym Thrift has commenced as a Retail Leasing Executive for Knight Frank Gold Coast.
With over seven years’ experience in the property industry, Kym’s speciality is in Retail & Commercial Leasing with a strong focus on Project Leasing.

Peter Hanzis has joined as Associate Director, Industrial Agency, Parramatta to specialise in Sydney’s inner west market. Peter has 15 years’ experience of the prime and secondary stock across the central west and North West markets.

Daniel Joo has commenced as an Executive in the Western Sydney Industrial Agency.
With over four years of commercial property experience, Daniel most recently worked in South Korea with CBRE where he focused on leasing prime office buildings for institutional investors such as GIC and Rreef.

Craig Rackham has also joined Knight Frank North Sydney as a Leasing Executive, after spending two years working in New Zealand for APL Property, where he was responsible for reporting directly to the NZ Government. Craig has a total of eight years’ real estate experience.

Knight Frank has appointed Craig Harley as a Director of Hotels in the Commercial Sales department looking after Hotel (Pub) Brokerage in Brisbane.  Craig most recently worked for CBRE where he established its Hotel (Pub) brokerage division.

Ian Skelsey has joined the Valuations team as a specialist Hotel (Pub) Valuer. Ian has over 20 years’ exclusive experience in valuation of Queensland Hotels with the past 14 years being associated with Burgess Rawson Commercial Property.

Brian Cutfield has been appointed as a Sales Executive in the QLD Project Marketing department, having most recently worked for Oz Invest Pty Ltd as a Sales and Investment Consultant. 

Victoria McCreadie has been appointed as a Sales Executive for Knight Frank’s NSW Project Marketing division. Victoria previously worked for the Knight Frank London office in 2008 as a Graduate Surveyor, before becoming a Chartered Surveyor in Residential Investment.

Jake Morley has been appointed as the New Business Executive, for Knight Frank Victoria’s Project Marketing division. Jake has four years’ experience in selling and marketing new developments throughout the inner and outer Melbourne area.

Sarah Ladlow has also joined the Residential Projects team in Victoria as a Marketing Manager. Sarah previously worked for CBRE as Marketing Co-ordinator in the Industrial Department.

Chris Murphy has joined the Valuations team in Perth.  With over 15 years’ experience in valuations, specialising in trading properties, retirement villages, office buildings, child-care centres, and multi-staged residential land estates, Chris has recently been elevated to Fellow membership status with the Australian Property Institute.

Craig Moore has joined the Asset Management Services team in SA as a Facilities Manager. Craig joins from Frigrite Air Conditioning and has an extensive Mechanical Services / Commissioning background, along with FM experience gained in a previous role with Resolve FM. 

Rebecca Stockley has commenced as a Town Planner for Knight Frank Canberra. Rebecca has just completed a Masters degree in urban design at ANU and joins from CBRE in Canberra where she worked on a wide range of planning matters.
